When the board arrives later this week we will use the board to come up with different emotions and capture them to put on our class page as a fun tool for the students to use. I will also print copies of the photos for them to put in their learning journals.
Thinking ahead for later in the year, I plan to use this tool throughout our different learning experiences. We can use it for learning verbs, having the students act out the different actions, or we can add large speech bubbles for a conversation based on the target language or grammatical point we are studying. I'm hoping it will be a memorable way to engage my learners and bring the familiar concept of Instagram to our classroom.
